Hello Everyone and Merry Christmas! Do I have a Fun Layout for you today! I just have to say I LOVE the way this turned out! It’s a pretty simple layout but I bet you can’t imagine where I got this GREAT Looking Glittered Flower paper from!!!??? You can’t guess, ....................................................................................................................................?????
Well I made it! Now I know your asking, “But how, Theresa did you make this paper”!? Well for those of you that get the Club Q Kits you can probably figure it out! But for those of you who are sitting on the edge of your seat, you give up, well here it is, lol!
It is the negative, throw away paper from the flower cutouts!!!!!! Can you Believe it, LOL! I just hate to throw anything away and I almost did but as it was in my hand I thought what if I do my Packing Tape Technique on this? So I did! And it turned out Awesome! Don’t you think? You never would have known it was almost trash, lol!
Well the rest of the layout was fun also. I used the December Club Q kit papers Very Merry! I added some lace to the glitter paper border and inked everything with Amaretto QQ Powderpuff Chalk Ink . My photo mats are double mounted and also have some gold sheer ribbon added for some interest. I also added a blingy snowflake to the centers of the glitter flowers. And the crowning glory is the popped great Christmas Quote!
Now I do have to say the pictures really just don’t do this layout justice! It really is a gorgeous layout in real life, lol! (and I don’t say that just because it’s mine lol!) so I just had to give you another close up of the glittered poinsettias and another view of it too!!
My extras were minimal; Cardstock: DCWV, Snowflake Punch & Glitter: Martha Stewart, Bling: Hobby Lobby, Ribbon and Lace is from my stash.
Have a Very Merry (Scrappy and Crafty) Christmas
((Hugs)) and Take Care,
Theresa

This layout is AWESOME, Theresa! I have yet to try it but I really like your negative space technique. Next time I cut something I can use like this, I am going to try it. Thanks so much for dropping by my blog today. You always leave such sweet comments and I truly appreciate every word.
Hugs,
Anne
